The service
datatomcp, operated by Killian Helf, turns CSV files and Google Sheets you provide into datasets you can query through an API and through AI tools that support MCP. The service is in early access and may change.
Your account and your data
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your API keys secret.
- You keep all rights to the data you upload. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you.
- Only upload data you have the right to use. Do not upload special categories of personal data (such as health data) or data you are not allowed to share with service providers.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to attack or overload the service, to get around plan limits, or to access other users' data.
Plans and payment
Free and paid plans have the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly through Polar, our merchant of record, and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without guarantees of uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. Keep your own copy of your source data.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the service
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we shut down the service, we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data.
